280 Southbound: Take Meridian North exit. Take the first Right onto Parkmoor
Street. Go 4/10 mile and take the 3rd Right onto Lincoln Street (at
deadend). Go 3/10 mile and take the second Right onto Pedro Street;

for Putty colored house with the Blue awning).
Directions from
280 Northbound: Take Race Street exit off 280. Take first Left at the stop sign
onto Race Street. Go 2/10 mile and take the 2nd Left onto Pedro
Street. Integrated Health Partnership is 3/10 mile down, in the
second block on the Right side just before you get to Lincoln
street (deadend). Look for Putty colored house with the Blue
awning.
